Accommodation and Fees
Reservations are accepted with a holding deposit of 4 weeks, and this money is used as the first 4 weeks payment. Rooms and apartments can be reserved for a maximum of 4 weeks prior to the move-in date. This is non-refundable.
All rooms and apartments are beautifully furnished and have full en-suite facilities, TV, Wi-Fi, and telephone points. Apartments have an additional kitchen and dining area.

We have several styles of rooms and apartments available, and prices vary according to a full needs assessment. These are reviewed annually. As a guide, all-inclusive fees start at £795 per week, this is subject to a full needs assessment
Residents within the home have first refusal should an alternative room become available. For dual occupancy add 60% to the above price.
